The Bombardier Global 6000 private jet by Officina Armare is a flying penthouse.
Officina Armare is a company specializing in the design of luxurious and aesthetic architecture, yacht, and aviation solutions.
Their latest project, the Bombardier Global 6000 jet, is an example of luxury from every angle, designed for a client who wanted to discover the art of traveling by private jet.
Yachting, architecture, and automobile were sources of inspiration for the aesthetics and comfort of the jet’s cabin.
The jet is divided into three distinct zones. The first zone, at the front, is composed of the kitchen, the crew cabin installation, and the guest bathroom. The second zone is seen as a main lounge with a dining and training area. The third zone, finally, is the owner’s private cabin. It is a complete master suite with a bathroom, a dressing room, and a desk space for work.
The aircraft’s lounge can accommodate up to 8 passengers. It features a retractable dining table for 4 people, a casual seating area for 3 people with a coffee table, a bar equipped with Glyn Peter Machin stools for a high-end bar experience in flight, and a bar tray that can be lowered to transform into a multimedia theater for more entertainment options in a seated position.
The cream-colored profiled lounge seats have details in navy blue nubuck crocodile leather and are covered in fine leather. They match the hand-tufted floor covering and the exterior metallic paint.
Hermès outfits the cabin interiors with its luxurious leather, while Loro Piana outfits the lounge sofa’s padding with its soft wool.
Of course, the private jet uses the latest cutting-edge technology for the comfort and entertainment of its passengers. It features large-screen televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray players, wireless technology, hidden devices, ambient lighting, and a surround sound system by ALTO Aviation.
The entire cabin interior can be controlled via a smartphone app.
The Bombardier Global 6000 is a high-end, long-range, twin-engine jet with exceptional transpacific capabilities and a maximum speed of Mach 0.88. Its cruising speed is 902 km/h. It achieves these speeds thanks to two Rolls-Royce BR710A2-20 turbofans.
